Liaisons Duties
Duties

In order to handle anticipated needs for training in the Weaveonline software, each major unit head, i.e., each dean and each VP is asked to identify at least one or two liaisons to attend a WEAVEonline workshop and serve as the resident expert for other members of the unit. Liaisons might be a faculty member or an administrative faculty member, depending on the unit. Liaisons will have the following responsibilities:
- Participate in training provided by the Office of Institutional Assessment (OIA)
- Add individuals for either read or write access to the programs in their college or unit. (Liaisons are not expected to enter all the program or unit information.)
- Serve as information resources to questions or concerns about use of WEAVEonline by program and unit faculty and staff.
- Conduct workshops or provide training in a manner that best suits their units.
The Office of Institutional Assessment will provide materials, websites and video clips for use by liaisons, programs and units. See Weaveonline
